Job Description:
• Daily initial check on Purchase Requisition Form
• Prepare the Buy/Sale Contract if any as per actual cases
• Contact suppliers for price negotiation on the cost-saving purpose
• Petty Cash Management for daily orders operation
• Approval of Evaluation Form
• Check on PO
• Check\Approve Explanatory Form and Contract
• Weekly Report to Mr. Chairman
• Monthly Report of Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Report Stock, Credit, Petty Cash and Advance payment
• Quote following the Procurement Policy to get values of money on ordering goods and services for requested departments
• Follow up delivery and invoice with supplier
• Submit invoices to the account payable department on time
• Find a new and good supplier for continuing business
• Announcement to the team for any update from management
• Supervising, managing, and leading to operate procurement process as a professional input method.
• Developing and initiating procurement policy, procedures, guidelines, rules, and regulations to implement professional procurement efficiency and transparent practices.
• Designing strategies to respond to the company strategy plan and budgeting.
• Strong communication skills and daily working closely with the procurement team, finance team, and requesters.
• Must be highly responsible for deadline requisition bases.
• Review all expense reports for subordinates.
• Other tasks assigned from line manager.
Job Requirements:
• A Master’s/bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or any other relevant fields.
• At least 5-7 years of work experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Good leadership capabilities.
• Familiar with Windows Live Mail is highly desired, as MS. Office, Telegram, and Messenger but not mandatory for the SUN system.
• Familiarity with sourcing, vendor management, and relationship building.
• Solid experience in sourcing and purchasing of IT equipment, Printing Materials, and others related to Construction Materials, Playground Materials, Oversea purchases, Office Equipment, Commercial materials, and others.
• Good judgment along with decision-making skills.
• Good oral and written both English and Khmer communication skills.
